What is Re-Entry?

Re-entry is the service of providing programs and services to ex-offenders to best prepare them for their return to society as law-abiding citizens. Programs and services are provided to focus on core skills to advance the individual in key areas that enhance their skill set and performance abilities to enable them to obtain and maintain economically stable employment. Research supports that individuals that are provided with services that support their individual needs, the recidivism rate is greatly reduced. This, in turn, increases public safety.
